My name is Susan Bayat. I am a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer with a passion for teaching others. Whether you are an athlete training for a specific sport, a senior trying to improve your quality of life, pre/post-natal safe exercises, wanting to improve your strength, increase your flexibility, maintain good balance, improve posture, reduce stress, lose weight, tone up, and feel and look better, I would like to help you achieve those goals.


I like to start with an assessment, a medical history, and fitness testing on strength, endurance, and flexibility. These all help me to understand any past injuries, current health concerns and lifestyle, which allows me to develop an effective program for you to help reach your goals. Next, we become a team and work towards both short term and long term goals. By focusing on the short term goals we are able to enjoy continued success and keep things fun while we work towards more long term health goals.
